Returns & Exchange

At THTC, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after your item is dispatched to request a return.

If you would like to return or exchange, you will need to request this through our Returns Portal. Here we will provide you with the address. We recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail which has the lowest carbon footprint.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will provide you with a free returns label, please contact our customer service team directly. In the case that an item is faulty, the wrong item or missing, our customer service team must check first with the logistics team, we take photos of each order, and therefore we can confirm if the item was included in the package or if we have made a mistake. 

Please note, that an exchange request for an organic print-on-demand product will be declined as we cannot offer this service, click here for more information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

All products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All tags attached with original packaging
  • Free from make-up, animal hair and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)

To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. THTC does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. To get the most our of our organic cotton and hemp items, please see our product care blog

THTC reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Almost all items that we sell are eligible for returns/exchanges. Unfortunately, as a bundle product counts as a single item, we will only be able to accept a return if the bundle is returned in its entirety.

Please choose carefully when ordering from our organic cotton print on-demand collection, as these are unable to be exchanged.  

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for hemp products to UK customers only, from our UK warehouse. We cannot offer an exchange for our print-on-demand organic cotton products; these are refunded only.

On the rare occasion that you are not totally satisfied with your product, please visit our Returns Portal where you can request an exchange. In our Returns Portal, you will be able to request an exchange for a different variant of the product from our hemp range.

If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the original item.

Refunds

To request a refund on your order, please visit our Returns Portal and submit a return request. When accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the item for a refund. The cost of the return is covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method which can take up to 10 working days.

Christmas Returns Period

We know sometimes picking the right size for Christmas gifts can be hard! To help you out, we have extended our return period to 45 days. Returns must be lodged 45 days from the date your order was dispatched.

Orders must have been placed between 1st December - 20th December to be valid for 45-day return period, any orders placed after this date won’t be included.
